Budget I'm not sure

Job Refurbish kitchen. Replace cupboard doors, worktop, hob, wall tiles, fridge freezer, washer dryer and install dishwasher

Comment Lee installed a kitchen for me at a great price, and completed the work to a very high standard. After this was completed I asked Lee to replace my bathroom tiles too, and this was also really well done. Strongly recommended. Kiran

Comment From the outset they came to see the kitchen in question on time to measure up (at my property let to professionals) and then provided a clear and concise quotation which involved a visit to my residential property for a material selection meeting. A small deposit was made prior to starting the works and regular pre-agreed progress payments were made throughout the refurbishment with the final deposit being paid only on completion to my satisfaction. Regular updates were sent via email keeping me informed of the works progress. They even helped me out with a blocked pipe in the bathroom whilst they were working on the kitchen for which they only made a modest extra charge! The only extra charge on the kitchen job was for a repeat visit from the gas fitter as as the existing gas hob had to be replaced with a higher specification model (purchased by me.) which was suitable for a let house. They let me know about this promptly therefore I could arrange the replacement hob quickly so as to have the minimum impact on my tenants. The works were completed to a good standard which I felt represented value for money and I would recommend this company to other landlords and residential home owners alike. Any small snags that I reported to them were dealt with politely and promptly and I was quite happy to make the final payment safe in the knowledge that an honest and reliable job had been done. Budget Under £2,000

Job Job is to fit an Evesham kitchen from Wickes which has already being designed. The cooker will need moving to the other side of the room so the gas pipes will need extending and a extractor will need fitting. The floor and splash backs will need tiling. Freezer/Fridge will be fitted. The washing machine will be moved slightly and the sink will be in the same place so pluming work will be limited. The worktop will be a laminate worktop from Wickes. The kitchen is approx 10m x 13m The kitchen currently contains a fitted kitchen with tiles splash backs and a laminate floor all of which will need removing.
