We would like to convert our loft to a double bedroom
Chosen for swiftness of project start, same cost as 2 other quotes, quickest estimate for completion (and completed on time), and was *great* with young kids being around during conversion. Always on time. Worked late when necessary to make sure jobs done on time. Good response when any queries needed resolving. Good project management. Went out of his way to make sure that everything was done well, fitted in with our house, and kept us happy. Finished final snag list. Highly recommended. Would use again.

Roof space is big enough for conversion: rafter and purlin construction. No W-struts.
Looking to have one room with an ensuite bathroom.
It will not require a dormer.

-Roof Insulation.
-Stairs.
-3 (pos 4) velux
-Plastering
-Electric sockets and lights.
-Plumbing for bathroom
I want someone who is able to start in the next four weeks. This job has been advertised on here before so Dan Reeves, Martyn Trout, Fabian Fowler need not apply.
I realise this job will cost more than advertised price but I am aware you pay a percentage of estimated cost to buy the lead.

I'm not sure
Currently divided into three small rooms with level ceilings lower than the height of the roof in some cases.
Brilliant. We've got an old house so often jobs expand as they progress. On this job, what started out as insulating a ceiling turned into replacing a rotten roof supporting beam with a new RSJ. Stephen handled it all brilliantly. We was easy to work with and very reliable. Thanks!
