Updated : Loft insulation at present goes above the joist. I have timber and boards willing to get any other material to complete the job. I I'm not converting a loft I just want to board the floor for storage. Original : Recently had loft insulation topped up and need boards going back down, but the joists will need raising.

Pretty good overall. Were flexible enough to work with us when we changed our minds on certain issues.
Friendly, polite and respectful when working inside our home.
A bit messey, but it was quite a big job.
We needed to ask them to re do certain things, as quality was slightly poor in some cases. Once it was pointed out, they were happy to rectify the problem.
Good time keeping and appeared to work hard at all times. I would use them again for further work in the future.
