The loft at the house we have just moved into has a loft ladder and power, but the boarding is incomplete (about 50% covered and looks like a half done job) and so is the insulation, also the electrics cables are in a bit of a mess. So I need someone to come in and do a professional job to tidy it all up - lay the insulation as required, tidy the cabling, board up the rest of the loft. The loft space is roughly 7.5m x 8.5m.
Cliff & Richard did an excellent job for me boarding up my loft, from start to finish.
Richard took care and attention researching how to tackle the work and get the best price, and his communication over email and the phone was excellent. When he came to view the job, I was not home, and he immediately made my wife feel comfortable by presenting his card and being courteous and respectful.
They worked extremely hard in very difficult and hot conditions in the loft over 3 days. This was 2 days over what they had estimated as the loft is big, but even then the price remained the same as what we had agreed.
They also worked very well with my own electrician to enable him to lay the light cabling down beneath the boards.
The end product was outstanding, and they took care and attention to complete the job to a level as if it were their own home.
Very happy with this job, and have already used them for other work around the house.
I would highly recommend them!

Loft is approximately 6 x 5 meters and is already insulated and one fifth boarded. Central chimney breast. The job is to top-up loft insulation where required, board remainder of the loft into the eaves. Insulate between the rafters and board that up also. Fit lighting and a loft ladder. Loft will not be used as a living space, but will be used as storage space.
The quality of the work was very good, and brilliant value for money. The trademen were polite, flexible, and took care to clean any mess at the end of each day. The only problem I had was language. The main contractor who viewed the job and provided the quote was only there 2 out of 5 days, and the rest of the time the person doing the work did not speak any English.Sajjad
