I'd like a basic estimate if you can on the following: We need insulation, flooring, electrics, windows, plastering and a I think just a wooden loft ladder for now depending on price. I'm not sure of the size but it's for an average size 3 bed semi made early 1900s. I'd like an idea of the difference in price between a full staircase and just decent ladders. We can go ahead with the work as soon as possible. Thanks Sarah
I've only got good things to say about Andy & Jed, the attic conversion they did is 1st class. They gave honest professional advice, were relaible and punctual and carried out the work to a high standard. All at fantastic value for money.
