adding an en suite to the loft
I have given SGR builders the following ratings, my rationale for this is the quality of workmanship was excellent. The value was good, but higher than anticipated. The reliability was good . I have already reccomended this firm to friends, and feel they earned the above ratings. ..also got them to remodel our bedroom which has just been completed& we very happy with...Just a shame they support the Blues.. but nobodys perfect..apart from me of course
We have an attic bedroom at the front of our mid-terrace property and would like to add an en-suite bedroom.
The existing soil-pipe is to the rear of the property to service our existing off-shot bathroom. We have central heating in the attic but no existing running water
We want to add: - 2 Velux windows (1 in the main bedroom and 1 in the new bathroom) - A bathroom partitioned from the bedroom including, toilet, basin and shower
We would like to avoid a macerator. I would like some advice before deciding who will supply fittings/materials

We have recently had a new loft hatch and ladder fitted. We now want to have additional insulation put down in the loft and have it boarded so we can use it for storage. There is already electrics up there. I would like the tradesman to supply all fittings/materials

We need a dormer loft conversion for an end of terrace house in Altrincham. Approx 5m x 6m (plus storage under the front eaves). We have got plans drawn up already and will submit for building regs in the next couple of weeks. There will be a bedroom and shower/WC in there; so plumbing electrics to be added. We'll need a small velux window at the front for the shower/WC and we would like a large three quarter width window at the back.
Timing: 2 months+
Looking for a larger loft hatch and ladder to be installed. The landing has a 2nd dealing therefore will need this hatch increasing in size as well. Also a quote on boarding the loft out Timing: Within 2 weeks

Loft in 2 parts. Firstpart already converted. Second part (20ftX19ft) requires removal of some vertical supports and strengthening of floor (some steel work required). Installation of small area for a wc.
No stairs or windows required.
All to be done to building regs. Timing: Within 2 months
I would like my loft boarded so I can use it for storage, also a light fitted and a new insulated loft hatch. A lladder is already in place but needs refitting. Timing: Within 2 weeks
I am looking for a completely new loft hatch to be fitted in a bedroom. I will require a aluminium / wooden ladder and possibly boarding and lighting. I am looking to get the job finished before Thursday 28th feb when insulation will be laid by my energy provider.
Need loft boarding out for storage. If there is a possibility for ladders to be fitted then that as well.
