I am wanting to add two dormer windows to my loft room, it currently has a fixed staircase leading to the middle of the room however to meet current building regulations it needs moving which also means that my bathroom will need partially moving along. I have acquired all the necessary planning permission and structural engineers calculations for the job and I was wondering if you had anyone in the Eston/ Middlesbrough area who would be able to take a look at the plans and provide a quote for the full job, Kindest Regards
A 5 week job that turned into 5 months, we ended up paying extra on top of fixed price as bob never looked at the plans properly, since completion the soil pipe has leaked causing damage to kitchen ceiling as it was not installed at correct angle, this was fixed however the roof has leaked and bob has not returned calls to come and fix it even though we have a 10 year guarantee, very unreliable and would not recommend!
