Job approx 7m long x 3.5m wide x 2.25m high one open space, already has 3 velux, will require new stair case to be positioned at far end. Loft was DIY'd by previous owner but requires doing properly for a bedroom, building regs etc.

Comment Overall a good job done at a very reasonable price. Could have taken a bit more care with finishing touches but still a good job and we're very happy with the end result. Thanks Lee
