I need quotes for a loft conversion to a Victorian End Terrace. The terrace is already extended and the newer half already has the load bearing joists fitted in anticipation of a conversion. The older half of the house will need reinforcement to the existing rafters. There will be need to move hot and cold water tanks, fit a straight staircase and installation of Velux windows. The loft only needs to be conveted into a single studio room ideally with some storage options behind the dwarf walls. Idealy I'd like two prices, one to get it to basic standard of conversion; i.e. floor boarded out, roof lights and the stairs fitted. Another quote to include all work to completion ready for decoration.
