Colin Kev and Pinkie have been a pleasure to have in the house.Very clean and tidy.They are a sympathetic bunch who would wait outside in the van until I had got my children off to school each morning.The loft is a real show piece and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Have just bought a house in Peverell with a loft conversion that I believe does not meet building regs. Would like to know how much it would cost to complete/adapt and therefore whether I can afford to finish it off before I consider returning it to an attic. The sky lights appear well built into the roof and the floor appears to be raised above the ceiling joists so I don't think it is entirely at odds. However I would like to re-consider design aspects such as radiator (if boiler is man enough) and maybe (???) ensuite facilities.
