We live in a Victorian two-bed terraced house. We need some additional loft insulation laying and ventilation tiles fitted in the roof if required. We also want board flooring fitted throughout the loft, a loft hatch, retractable loft ladder and strip light fitted. We intend using the loft space for storage rather than living in. The loft area measures approx 7.4m x 3.4m
