Roof pitch quite low, and not looking for staircase just pull down ladder. No bathroom etc to be included, but looking for 2 velux windows for plenty of light.
Tele call to Ben Contracts and arranged for them to call out on thursday 9th Feb. Waitied all morning and rang them 1hour after they where due. Was advised they had thought it was the following day. Advised they would call out within the hour as having lunch. Waited again until 3.30ish and still nothing. Received a phone call when i had left the house to advise they had got held up at another job and would call back. have never rec'd a call since.
Have now got someone else carrying out the job.
