Earl, the owner, contacted me within 15 minutes of me submitting the job on your website. He came the day after to survey the job and had text me the quote within a couple of hours of the survey.
Upon acceptance of the quote he gave me an installation date and turned up on time and completed the work with a minimal of fuss. He did a first rate job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone of your prospective customers.
Earl has a real quality that seems to have been overlooked by a lot of 'tradesman' in this era.

not sure of dimensions, but urgently require work to be done
Craig has done a great job in boarding out our loft area to enable us to have fitted wardrobes, as just moved into the property and has no storage space. There is still loads or room to store suitcases and other junk that you normally store in a loft space.
We were very impressed with the price quoted. Craig is very reliable and hard working, never stopped until the job was completed. Would definately recommend him to friends and family for a clean reliable service. Job brilliantly done.

The loft room has full stair and door access and has windows already in fitted (i.e. the main structure of the room is already in place), This space requires insulating, partitioning, plasterboarding and ensuite facilities creating. The amount of work required will be easier to establish upon your personal inspection, but I don't believe the main structure of the room will need much attention. Room size approx 4 x 6 meters.
N D Design and Build were excellent from the outset. They were very approachable and happy to answer any queries. The standard of work was very good and although they had to return to complete some finishing touches, they were very professional and keen to ensure we as the customers were fully satisfied with the completed job. I would recommend them.
