Require a velux window fitted into dormer style house. Plus remove partition wall to maximise room space by extending into roof void.
Excellent quality and service. Ben was very prompt in all aspects of his work from quote to finish. Most of all he respected our home and kept himself very tidy.

Broughton Astley, LE9

Under £30,000
4 bed detached modern property (2002). create stairs, ensuite, master bedroom, Velux windows. electrics & plumbing to be connected, insulation and plaster. Roughly 4m x 4.5m. As a side project merge existing bathrooms to create a family bathroom. No plans have been drawn up, we are also having a new kitchen fitted so if its something you feel you would also like to quote on??
Darren was very quick to respond, he was professional and knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what could be achieved - his suggestions were realistic and took in our aims. Unfortunately our situation changed and we decided not to proceed with the job, but our interaction with D.Hill Lofts was positive.

Belgrave, LE4

I'm not sure
plasterboard walls in the attic need to be removed and relevant areas to be plastered to make way for bespoke cupboards in the attic
very reliable, would definately recommend to others. Did an excellent job considering the access problems and tight space.

Ratby, LE6

Under £30,000
We live in a 3 bed detached property circa 1897 in Ratby, Leicester. The house has 2 double bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom is really a box room. We would like a loft conversion so that our children can have separate bedrooms and myself and husband occupy the loft conversion. Therefore, we are looking to ascertain if it is feasible to have the loft converted, along with the cost of doing this. This will be a new installation, and do not have any plans
