"Taking on a builder for a job like this was a new venture for me, but it was a largish job and I knew it wouldn't be cheap, so I really wanted to get it right first time. I interviewed 3 people for the job and this company were first. There was really only one winner. The head man came along himself to scope the job and impressed me from the outset with his knowledge of what was required (I wasn't myself entirely clear what was possible), making helpful suggestions and displaying a deep knowledge of his business. In short he knew what he was talking about, didn't flannel me, and I felt I could trust him. The work was done ahead of schedule and to a high standard and he kept a close eye on proceedings (which was reassuring for me as the customer). They were a pleasure to deal with and I will have no hesitation in using them again when the need arises, or recommending them to friends. You will possibly get cheaper quotes (I did), but the price was fair, and you can't really put a price on having a competent, trustworthy builder working on what, let's be honest, is probably your most prized possession - your home. Thanks for a good job"
