Reviews of Loft Conversion Specialists in Merton, London

2 rooms + ensuite
Can highly recommend. Any issues or snags were sorted quickly and efficiently and gave some good pointers on design and other things we had not considered. I now have a fabulous loft conversion. The finish is very good and have a range of other professionals available for additonal work (I had the whole hallway re-plastered).
Always prompt and the good thing I liked was the communication - dealing with only one person (they also deal with council, architechs and fitters etc) and always get in contact either immediately or shortly thereafter.
We have a loft for conversion this year. Its a 30s end of terrace house in Raynes Park/West Wimbledon - in a conservation area so we will not be putting in dormers etc. We have already had 2 velux windows installed and some breathable foam sprayed under the roof tiles to stabilise them, but will need further insulation. We have plans into the council for approval and have been advised there will be no problem here. We would like the loft converted to a basic shell, with stairs installed - we can take over the finishing/decorating from there. We also have additional building work to be done on the property - removing a couple of walls - one which will need bracing, changes to csome windows/doors etc and possibly erection of a conservatory.
First stage completed - downstairs building work. [COMPANY_NAME] did a good job, in good time and kept us posted all the way along as to progress, updates etc. look forward to getting them back in for the loft when the planning permission comes through!
I live in a two bed terraced Victorian house and would like to convert the loft into a third bedroom and, if room, a small en suite. I'd like velux windows at the front and a dormer at the back.
Merton Park, SW20
Former owner bought loft space and put in floor boards, electricity and insulation with spiral stair case upwards to gain access. Now would like to put in a 90 degree dormer extension, take out spiral staircase and replace with proper stairs, and create small ensuite with bedroom. Architect drawing up plans to fit within planning certificate (no planning permission needed). Architect will also draw up plans complying with building regs and will liaise with council building officer.
