Updated : Joiner required to install a NEW wooden floor in loft which has been recently insulated. The area is required for storage. Access to loft through loft ladder. No plans required, as area only required for storage. This is not a new installation. Original : Install a new floor in loft to accommodate new loft insulation. Area will be required for storage following loft insulation, therefore, we will require a new floor to be designed and built.
Very reliable, friendly, reasonable and very good quality of work completed to a high standard. I would certainly recommend Ron Bowden to anyone and I personally will be using him again. Very impressive.

I would like a basic loft conversion done to allow me to use it as an office. It would need 4 double sockets electrical work and lighting, in addition to a double Vlux dormer roof window (if this can be done without planning permission). Also suitable heating.
My property is a 3 bedroom semi.
Phil did an excellent job and I was amazed how quick they completed the work and how little mess made. A true family firm with excellent values. I have no problem giving him the highest recommendation and if necessary taking a call from prospects to recommend his work. He is now landscaping and turfing some land and also will be doing my mother-in-laws kitchen.

I'm not sure
Not a full conversion required, just floorboards and maybe lighting for storage. Also, the current access is only about 18" x 12" so I would like a bigger door and a drop down ladder.
Excellent job - good price and quality workmanship by a trustworthy professional. Highly recommended.
