approx 100m2 of flooring, basic loft conversion, possible upgrade depending on costs involved
The finished quality was a little disapointing, but this was perhaps more to do with issues that occurred throughout the job and the fact that we have a really old house. A recomendation to anyone considering getting their loft converted would be to get it cleaned out 1st!!! The mess the work created was quite upsetting!

We're looking for a fully project managed loft conversion from survey through to complete finish in a loft void with approx 25-30 square metres of floor space. Possibly to include underfloor heating, flooring (not laminate) and an addiional roof window in another room on the same storey. The original staircase to the 2nd floor level already exists and shouldn't need to be changed to conform with safety regs. Could we arrange a site survey and a quote please? Evenings and weekends are preferrable for us. We're looking for a good quality workmanship and a reliable professional.
