We have a loft conversion however the insulation is limited if at all, we need to improve the insulation so it's not so cold! Timing: ASAP
Russell has proved to be an excellent, trustworthy and reliable builder.
He gives genuine advice, is happy to make multiple visits to ensure the customer is happy with the solution/work to be carried out.
His work is of good quality. he takes pride in a good finish and keeps the place tidy as he works.
I started of just using him to reinsulate my loft but also used him to decorate and fit floor tiles.
I'd happily recommend him!
Reduce rear dormer by 1 metre on neighbour's side, 30cm on our side. Relocate window, possibly shower room and staircase. Bring end of roof to hip to gable instead of hip to dormer.
I approached Arcadia Construction via rated people because I needed to make some alterations before the second week in August. I am extremely pleased with the level of work which was carried out in good humour and the external work was actually completed two days before the deadline.
Thank you to Igor and his workers from making an extremely stressfull time less stressful. On the basis of their work I shall have no hesitation whatsoever to use Arcadia again and shall recommend them without reservation.
