"Mark is brilliant. He came and advised against a Velux becasue of the internal changes that would be needed. He explained why there was a leak and how it could be fixed. His quote was very fair. He is a prefectonist!! Besides doing a great job, he fixed loose tiles and various other bits. We then asked him about a missing tile. He said that he would get one and it would take minutes. He was very worried about ensuring that it was the same and sent off for it. NOTE: We have had 2 quotes by roofers of over GBP2,000 because "we will have to lift most of the roof to fix it". When he got the tile it was a few minutes job. We asked him about another syylight which he quickly fixed and did not want payment. We finally agreed a reasonable rate. There are very few people who care and are very professional. Prefectonists are even rarer. You can not get better both in terms of quality and value."
