We are hoping the loft can be converted - some neighbours have, but pre current building regs, so we're hoping there's room for stairs. Probably just adding 1 bedroom, some work on the first floor will need to be done for stairs to be fitted - currently the landing space has a shower room on it. New roof needed, plus velux, etc. Haven't had any quotes yet so have no idea on budget, and are planning on adding cost to mortgage.
