Job Replace existing (non velux) roof window with new UPVC coated velux roof window and make good internal plasterboard. Also, interested in having ridge tiles replaced in the new ventilated dry ridge system.

Comment Jon was reliable from the start - arriving to quote and start work exactly when he said he would. We were informed what was happening throughout and my new velux window looks great. The ventilated dry ridge that Jon also installed looks fine from the ground and hopefully will cure most of our condensation issues in the attic next winter. Jon thinks that it will so we will wait and see! Beverley

Job full loft conversion with stairs and ensuite

Comment just getting around to adding the rating which i am so sorry for as we were on holiday just after the guys finished and this is the first time i have had to get to it. anyway as for russell and his team they were very good and we have a new loft conversion of 2 bedrooms,a hallway and woodstain staircase. what i liked about russell is that they take care of everything from start to finish and only the choosing of colours we were needed for. he kept us informed of the progress and explained each stage to us in terms we could understand. we did ask him to renew a roof at the back of our home which they didnt really have time for but they worked late and sundays and fixed it up like new for us and only charged a small amount extra.. overall a very good experience and think anyone planning on doing this sort of work should use russell and his team as they are just very good at what they do. they are also members of 2 trade associations which gives you piece of mind. thankyou russell adam farndon adam

Budget I'm not sure

Job loft room of 2 bed end terrace size property is already built but not in building regs. i am now making into building regs and need cleing and 1 wall replaced with insulation and plastering etc. 1 rooms. around 6m by 6m.

Comment Nice chap. My job was about 5 days work and it was done to a quality standard despite set backs of no fault of Sean's. During the set backs (building regulations, material delivery failure) Sean acted calmly and consulted with me well and was able to be flexible so the job could be completed.
