To convert the loft into an additional bedroom with ensuite. The loft has already been fully boarded for storage purposes. A staircase would be required. The loft would firstly need to be checked for suitability for conversion, then advice given on layout etc for the staircase and ensuite, to establish whether any change in room layout on the first floor would be required. We would also require fitting of windows and plumbing, electrics work to be carried out.
