Unsold lead, updated details: I have 2 Velux style skylights in my attic (unboarded) which are starting to leak. I would like a quotation for repair or replacement (depending on your recommendation) with a view to completing the work before the weather changes.
Thank you Original: I have 2 velux style windows in the attic which appear to be leaking. The attic is unboarded and has thick insulation so you'll need to be careful where you put your feet.
I would like a quotation for repairing or replacing these skylights (depending on what you recommend).

Rob and Leighton were very friendly and professional: they turned up when they said they would, completed the job as quoted and cleaned up after themselves. They were happy to answer any questions that I had relating to the job and pointed me in the right direction about possible future work. The only reason that I haven't scored them higher on "value" is that I have no other quotes to compare them with.
I would recommend RJB Roofing to anyone who needs this type of work completing.
straightforward conversion, no dorma. staircase needed, flooring, insulation, velux windows, plastering, electrics etc. student accommodation house, so not looking for bespoke job. cheapest quote likeliest to get the job.
ideally need job to be finished by end of oct.
would like quotes to be done wednesday 22nd august, or at least for property to viewed then.
Very happy with P. Grant Property Service, they were reliable stuck to time schedules and to the budget. I am very pleased with the loft, and intend to use them again.
We bought a house with a loft conversion but would like to turn it into an official extra bedroom. Not sure what would need to be done for this. Unsure if any structural work would be needed as it all looks fine. Any advice/help about how/if I can achieve this would be great. I would like some advice before deciding who will supply fittings/materials

Room(s) to be in the conversion: 1 x bathroom, 1 x bedroom
Hi, we have a four bedroom semi detached house and are interested in converting the loft into an en-suite bedroom. We need advice on whether this is possible or not with our roof space and also an approximate cost for the conversion. Ideally we would like to convert without changing the appearance of the house from the outside except for the insertion of velux windows.
Building Regulations approval has not been applied for yet

Loft hatch needs widening and ladder installed.
There are gaps at the tops of the party walls between ours and the two adjoining houses. The gap between the walls and the roof needs to be filled with masonry or appropriate fire retardant to prevent fire passage.
We also need a light installed and new boards laid down on the floor.
I would like the tradesman to supply all fittings/materials
