Currently we have a push-up hatch but we wish to have it converted to a drop-down hatch that we can pull down from floor level with a pole. To the side of the hatch opening, on the wall in the bathroom, is a gas meter. We would like this boxed off but the box would have to clip on and clip off to allow access to the loft when required. Lastly, we would like a loft ladder installed that again is accessible from floor level once you open the hatch.
