Reviews of Loft Conversion Specialists in West Midlands

My property is just two years old, has a garage that isn't really big enough for a car so I am looking to have it converted.
I will require the garage door to be sealed off and a wall of some sort built inside. An access door to be knocked through from my hallway into the garage with door and frame to match existing internal doors. The floor of the garage will need to be raised to meet the hallway floor. Walls and ceiling to be plastered. I will also want a radiator fitted and electric sockets and wood effect flooring to match what I have already internally. Timing: ASAP
Luke and his team did a fantastic job and I can not recommend them highly enough! My garage is now a very useful play/work room which has been so well done that it feels like it has always been part of the house.
Luke was prompt with his quotation and once work began all was over seen and timed to perfection. Overall the work has been of an excellent standard. I'm so grateful to Rated People for helping me find a company as reliable as Lukes'.
Thank you all who were involved in this project!
Room(s) to be in the conversion: just a storage room
Hi, I just wanted my loft to be boarded up accordingly so that I can use it for storage, with an easy access point and some ladders. I'm not sure if Building Regulations approval is required for this job and would like some advice Style of property: Suburban

Create loft conversion, stair case with master en suite and walk in wardrobe. Juliette balcony to rear.
Need the loft fully boarded and Velox window fitted
Our loft is not tall enough for a proper loft conversion. It is currently very dusty with no flooring. We are storing heavy items on the beams. We had the house re-roofed 2 years ago and had a large velux window fitted. Ideally we would like to use the space as an occasional room when our children have sleep overs, with electricity, and a form of heat, with a level floor and plasterboarded. There is a large beam running the full length of the loft. We have a new hatch and a pull down ladder fitted that we are happy with.
The aperture of the loft needs to be widened with a stair case coming down folding away. If the price is reasonable then we could increase work and price to include boarding up the loft.
