Three-bedroomed modern semi-detached house. We want to board loft to create a stable floor for general storage, lighting installed and a proper loft ladder. None of this currently exists.
Dan did a superb job for us. He worked quickly and efficiently and the end result is fantastic. We cannot fault him. His quote was very reasonable, he always returned calls and he was always on time. We couldn't ask for anything more.

We are not after a loft conversion but would like our loft insulated and boarded with a view to use it as a day to day warm room, such as an office. we would also like lights and a couple of electrial sockets putting in. Our home is a 1930s semi-detached house, so standard loft size. So basically we require a quote for: -Extra beams adding to loft floor, to take extra weight, so can walk on. -Boarding the loft floor. -Adding extra beams to roof beams, to give extra depth for insulation. -Insulating roof. -boarding of roof area. -connecting up a couple of electrical sockets. -can you also add into quote, extra cost involved to put in a window in the loft roof, just on the back garden side, for extra light in the loft. thank you. best regards.
