Floor boards required in loft area to increase storage
Mr Kemp did a splendid job floorboarding our loft in very cramped and hot conditions. He has ensured future access to all electrical cables and pipework which was a major concern. Definitely value for money - we would use 'More Property' again in the future.

A seperate staircase would also need to be added and loft access moved to enter loft space at correct height. Also a velux or possible dorma window to be added.
