Unsold Job, Updated Details : To buy and fit a pull down loft ladder on the 3rd floor of a Victorian style house.
The existing loft door is an unhinged push up wooden door.
The measurements are 65cm by 55cm.
There is no existing ladder.
There are no plans.
It would be a new installation.
Loft entrance is about 8 foot from floor. Original : To fit pull down metal ladder to existing wooden push up but unhinged door; or fit new door
Excellent job; well done and extremely helpful with a good price. Very pleased with the finished job which was all wrapped up in one day.

1 room (loft), unsure of measurements as can't get up to measure.
Very good. Took only a day and a half to complete. Left no mess. Would use again.

house is detached with good loft height and plenty of space, I don't think there should be any major problems.
I think we'll need 3-4 windows
