Looking at a loft conversion to add four velux windows, floor, power and stairway. If there is enough room maybe have this split into two bedrooms, need your advice on that. Roof angle is quite steep, so apex is quite high and top landing is perfect for the addition of a new stairway.
I'm not sure if planning permission is required for this job and would like some advice
