I didn't pursue the work because of changes to my own circumstances, but if my situation changes I will certainly call Ben again as he was excellent, very professional and trustworthy.

A single velux window fitted. The loft has already been converted by the previous owners but one room was left without natural light and ventilation. It is a small room, so a single Velux style window will suffice. Help with working our way through building regs / planning permissions etc would be useful (happy to pay if costs extra). We need the work done fairly urgently (by end June / beginning July at the latest).
Mark was fantastic - really helpful, the work was of an excellent standard and finished really quickly. Highly recommended.

About a year ago, we had a few loft conversion specialists in to tell us if it was possible to convert the loft and it is possible however we did not have the budget at the time. We are now looking to convert the loft into a 4th bedroom (and en suite). We have not had any plans drawn up as of yet but we are keen to get the work done this summer.
