Updated : i don't know what the going rate is for a job like this, the price i have given here is very flexable. Original : i will give as much information as I can about the work needed to be carried out.
The work will be carried out in a school. We have a 4th floor plant room what has 1 normal entrance and a fire exit. The fire exit has a metal set of ladders fixed to the wall for using in an emergency. The 4th floor plant room leads to the 3rd floor stair well. We need the original fire escape ladders removing and replaced with a safer fire exit. I have a set of plans what shows the new set of fire escape stairs what will need to be built, and replace the old fire escape. Anyone interested in quoting for this job would have to get in touch with myself and see the plans I have for the new stairs before giving me a quote.
