Child safe metal railings (vertical uprights) to three sides of roof terrace measuring 3570mm, 2950mm and 2950mm in length. Fixings into two side parapet walls. Continuous handrail to be to fixed either end into rear house wall. Painted metal.
Kostas manufactured and installed our roof terrace railings. He and his team did a great job. Fast turn around. Kept us informed about everything. Polite and dilligent. I would use him again if the opportunity arose.

Updated : the door handles are the lever type (art deco not nouveau, my mistake!!), in brass. Each one has a spring which is unfortunately broken....I have eight others which are OK. To get at the spring you have to remove a washer at the back and this is held in place by the square stem which has been hammered over slightly on two outside edges (like riveting) Original : repair of eight 1930s art nouveau door handles.....the springs have broken. Requires the romoval of a washer at the back - the stem was hammered over to hold it in place.

I have crittall windows that need to be seen to. The house is 1030s. I have one small window (fan light) where the stay needs to be replaced and the window shut. The problem has arisen due to a bad paint job. There will therefore be paint that needs to be removed also.

I already have some original Victorian wrought iron railing uprights (don't know exact name for them). These need to be fixed to the balcony roof and a banister. There is approx 2.5m around the balcony and then there are five steps. The railings are decorative and very wide so only one needed per step to give an idea. Please call for more detail.
