I need two railings (balustrades) for a staircase we've built. I've got drawings for the work required.
Akbar is a nice and helpful guy who doesn't mind going the extra mile to get a satisfied customer.
Thanks for the work on the balustrades, they look good! :)

Updated : Juliet balcony rail/fence needs supplying and fitting Original : My house is under offer of sale. I have ONE thing left to do to satisfy Haringey Building Control that the paperwork can be signed off. This is to supply and fit a:
"...juliet (fence) of 1.1 metre high to rear door leading to unauthorised terrace..."
The large double-glazed doors open outwards and so the 'fence' needs to be installed inside the door frame. It would be handy if it could be removed, stored and only used for the building inspector and if the buyers want to put the fence up (while it is warm) in case they have children/visitors who might be at risk.
I hope that this is enough information for you.
Fantastic service. I was in a real hurry to get it done and was hassling the company. There were bent over backwards to work around me. I would have ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION in recommending them. Jelle was fabulous and Manwell did a great job. The juliet looks amazing. Extremely professional and well-priced. Thank you very much for your attention to detail.Chris
Scrape, paint fire escape (goes from the third floor to the garden) Some rust is showing - so there may be a need for repairs North london location - someone local preferred
Richard provided an excellent service, was very personable, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on old rusty fire escapes. Rebecca
Broken stair and two broken struts. Plus general overhaul.
Excellent, reliable, clean and tidy work, on time, great value. Did extra work outside of the original quote without extra cost. Highly recommended.Derek
Just had a new roof and promenade tiles laid I now need a metalworker or someone who can put up an metal rail around the area to make it secure.
We also had to chop off the bottom of the legs of the ladder which goes onto the top roof from the roof terrace so would need another quote for this work from you as no idea how much this will be
5 out of 5 did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with. The designs were exactly spot on and what I had in mind. The quality of work was extremely good too.Anna
The gates are fixed into brick pillars, They need to be fitted higher up because due to the raised paving they are unable to open inwards. Also hinges on front gate are loose.
Izaias did a great job welding our gates. ThanksHelen
we have a wrought iron gate which has been rewelded to hang higher after we had a new path laid. The gate closes but the catch does not catch, the catch on the post either needs to be moved up or the actual catch made a bit bigger so the catch can catch and the gate stay closed. Hope that is clear. It is a very small job but needs welding equipment.
Nic came round quickly to do the quote and did the job on a Saturday! Did a good job as well. I would recommend him.CLARE
