Received the response on the day of posting. First viewing for quotation and second visiting to complete the work. All done within a week in excellent quality and value for money. I will re-use and recommend this firm to other. Many thanks.

I would like someone to do the following: Paint skirting, and mend where appropriate Draft proof doors Box in piping & paint Remove screws in walls and make good Hang mirrors/paintings (drilling holes in the walls) There are lots of odd jobs really, so a local person would be best. Pete Kerr was totally reliable, punctual and a very pleasant person to have around. His work, which included preparation, applying lining paper, painting and wall papering, was of the highest standard and his attention to detail so refreshing to see. I will definitely use Pete again and will be happy to recommend him to anyone as I know he will only produce a first class job.

[COMPANY_NAME] completely refurbished our Georgian two bed flat in Bath between Sept-Oct 07 The work included the installation of a combi boiler, removal of internal partition walls, new bathroom, new kitchen and complete re-decoration throughout. The quality of the work was excellent. On many occasions the workmen went out of there way to ensure the results were of a high quality, they consistently raised ideas to make improvements and were clearly focused on producing a quality job. We are in no doubt that we received very good value for money. Sulis were very sympathetic to the needs of an old flat restoration. As the work progressed it was clear that additional work was required and we were happy that, although this created extra cost, the work was raised to our attention and not hidden away or glossed over. The results were fantastic. We were consulted at all stages with respect to the design and choices to be made and we found the Sulis team were reliable, friendly and totally trustworthy. We did after all give them the keys for two months ! We did experience a time overrun compared with the original plan, but given the additional work and the focus on quality, in some respects it was to be expected Any cost associated with the additional work was clearly itemised and at the end of the day, we were happy that they had been calculated in a fair and realistic manner. [COMPANY_NAME] have helped us turn our tired/gloomy and dated 1980â??s conversion, into a beautiful, bright and modern two bed flat. We would not hesitate to recommend [COMPANY_NAME] to others and to use them again ourselves in the future.

City centre offices need redecorating. Predominately with a specialised Tektura wallpaper (137cm wide), all walls to be stripped and prepared and then woodwork to be glossed after. All paint to be supplied as RAL colour specific as part of a larger project. Job will need to be completed within next 7 weeks.
