Two jobs (need separate quotes please as they will be paid for by different people): 1) To paint walls and ceiling, plus doors, etc of communal hall, stairs and landing of a Clifton terraced house. Stairs ascend two storeys, and stairwell does have a very high ceiling. Will require some prep work such as filling in cracks etc. One very small run of textured wallpaper is missing and we would like this replacing, but accept the replacement will not match exactly. 2) To paint the interior of the second floor flat in the same building. The flat has two bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling only is required for the bathroom (walls are tiled). Some minor prep work such as filling in cracks and a few spots where previous filler has fallen out over nail heads, plus sanding flaking paint from ceilings and coving. Also interior of wooden sash windows will need painting with some prep work required - existing paint is badly peeling. All rooms have the same colour walls (a peachy off-white) and the ceilings are all very slightly purpley off-white.
The work done was of a very high standard, and was completed in the time originally estimated. I would absolutely recommend his services to anybody!

Painting walls, ceiling, skirting board, fireplace and shutters of large living room. The height of the ceiling is c12 ft. The length is c16.5ft. The width is c15ft. We also need some shelving/storage to be made for the living room and the spare bedroom, and for this to be installed.

I would like to redecorate our house but am a useless painter. The rooms which i would need doing are the living room, kitchen, understairs w/c, hallway and landing, bathroom, small box bedroom and a double bedroom. I want to paint all the walls but may also have some walls wallpapered. there is also a hole about the size of a golf ball in one of the plasterboard walls if you could recommend a plasterer i would appreciate it. It is a newbuild house so is fully plastered and the walls are already smooth.
Lee did a fantastic job. He painted our entire house, he was quick, proffesional and caused the minimum of disruption to our day to day life. We have two children under 3 who were eager to see what was going on and he was more than happy to work around them. He advised us on the most cost effective approach we are delighted with the results as the finished product is second to none. I strongly recommend him to anyone and will be passing his details on to all my friends and family.
