redecoration of a 2 bed mid-terraced house in brislington, includes 2 reception rooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, hall, stairs and landing. including 2 coats emulsion and skirtings and doors in white eggshell, all covering light existing paintwork.
Jason was fantastic, there were a few hiccups, as there often can be with building works, but he sorted them without fuss. He also was very flexible and helpful, picking up materials for me etc. without charging, Would recommend without reservation.

Skirtings will need sanding. Doors are all new doors (knot free wood). Ideally work to start 3rd week of June - baby due mid July!

Minor paper in the front room (hanging one smll peice of wallpaper) Painting a utility room and boxing in some pipework Fitting a door surround Wallpapering one kitchen wall Painting a kitchen ceiling and the wall above some units. Fitting a light to the kitchen ceiling A small amount of work on the bathroom (fitting a couple of tiles and boxing in some piping and a shower tray) fitting s back door EXTERIOR Paining a window frame Putting some sealant under a window frame (damp comes into the front room when it rains) Materials We do have the tiles for the bathroom, the wallpaper and some paint for the kitchen but the builder will need to but the rest of the pain and the wood to box in the pipes for the door surround and the back door (we can purchase this prior to the job if required) We need to get quotes for the job but we can agree on what can be done within the budget one you see the job (we have the entire 2k available but want quotes to get the best price for the best quality work and I doubt the work will come in anywhere near the maximum budget although we are negotiable on cost depent on what work i undertaken). We would like this to be done ASAP and we do have the money available to do this.
