Job Painting 17 year old two-bedroom house throughout (incuding small kitchen, downstairs toilet & one reception room) ready for rent in the next couple of weeks, as well as external paintwork & cleaning soffit boards etc.

Comment After a fairly disastrous experience with a tenant who left the house in an appalling state, we needed someone who could quickly & efficiently prepare the house for rental again. Sean understood straight away what was needed, provided accurate quotes, kept to budget, was flexible enough to deal with problems as they arose & worked hard to turn the house around quickly & efficiently.
