Job Updated : I am unsure of what the actual cost would be so if you can get in touch with a quote that would be helpful as i am unsure. i can supply all materials, except for plastering. this is a job for an all rounder as more than just decorating. attention to detail needed please. All rooms will be stripped and need plastering as all been rewired, radiators need taking off and relacing, lights put up. Small single bedroom needs patching plastering, painting and wallpapering. Second bedroom, small double needs ceiling replastered and walls patching. Painting, thermal and wallpapering needed. Hallway needs ceilings replastered, walls patched, new banister, painted and wallpapered and lights fitted. Lounge needs ceiling replastered, mantle piece taken out, shelves removed. All painted, thermal paper and wallpapered. Chimney to be tiled. I would love to get this all done ASAP, so please get in touch if you can help. Many thanks. Original : I am looking a professional decorator to redecorate the following:- 2 bedrooms, hall and lounge to be skimmed after electrical work carried out, ceilings to be skimmed flat. Painted, thermal wallpaper applied on some walls and all papered. Plus additional bits and pieces, i.e. radiators taken off and new fitted, lights, pictures put up. Taking out some brickwork and tiling in lounge. Need a great decorator with with eye for detail please.

Budget Under £500

Job Room has had wallpaper stripped off and the room is cleared and all carpets etc will be replaced so no need for dust sheets etc. Unfortunately some of the top skim of the plaster has come away so would imagine that the top skim of plaster would need to be redone. Were after all woodwork (including door), ceiling and walls being painted, was originally hoping to use lining paper and then painting on top of that. Light fitting in the ceiling will be moved and there will therefore need a repair to the ceiling, sockets will be recessed into the wall and therefore there may be some plaster repair around these. Also new double glazed window has been fitted so some small repairs to the plaster will be needed here. Room dimensions W2.16mxL3.43mxH2.3m
