Prepare internal walls for two coats of emulsion paint in a 3 bed semi. Woodwork and ceilings do not need painting. Work will need to commence on the 1st May and be completed by 2nd May. Quotation viewings will need to be arranged for Saturday 27th only.
These guys were excellent from the start. They quickly responded to my job ad and gave a very competitive quote. I had a tight turnaround to paint the interior of my property and they pulled out all the stops to finish on time. Very friendly, good quality painters. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

We will be looking to sell the property at the end of the year so are really only looking to freshen the paint work up. The walls are currently white and we would be happy for this to stay the same or change to cream. There are 2 bedrooms, a hall way and living room that need doing.
Brian has just finished a complete refreshen up at our home and has done such a lovely job. Great attention to detail and he worked in a very professional, friendly manor. The job was finished a day early with no lack of effort. Brian was a pleasure to deal with, arrived promptly every day and communicated everything extremely well. There are two panelled room doors downstairs, the front door and a small glass door leading into the kitchen. The hallway and landing extend to two floors with a further 4 panelled doors upstairs, as well as the staircase that require painting. The walls and ceiling are also to be done. For the right price, we would also look at having the kitchen done. WIndows are primarily UPVC.
David came round to quote for the job tendered a day after I had advertised it. His quote was very attractive and as I established a week later, so was his work. David completed the job to the fullest of my satisfaction and I am happy to vouch for him. Michael

As we were not ready to have the hall & landing decorated I asked Jacek to paint the loungs, kitchen, stairs and landing of my own house. Jacek isfantastic worker. Most professional attitude. Very clean and tidy. A true craftsman who takes pleasure in his work. Always on time, hard working and left no visible residue once the work was completed. I have strongly recommended him to my friends. And we shall use Jacek for further work later this month.

To paint a 4 bedroom house - should just be a freshen up to include, lounge, hall, stairs and landing (town house so 2 flights of stairs) 4 bedrooms. Currently house is all one neutral colour and wanting to freshen that and add some simple colour to 3 of the bedrooms, one of which is a small box room needing to be prepared for a nursery. Updated : This is a small area and dry. This job would include minor repainting with white vinyl matt emulsion. (there are no stains present , just a minor flaking of the ceiling paint nr the entrance door). If the job is too small, we can discuss a further single coat of magnolia vinyl matt trade emulsion to the hallway wall flanks to bring the job to a budget of £400. Original : We have a small section of ceiling in the communal hallway (2m by 3m) where the paint has flaked following some escaping water from the flat above. Requires minor repair of paintwork and replacement coat of white emulsion paint. The water soaked a small area of the wall adjoining the ceiling (40cm by 30cm) - requires minor repair and coat of magnolia matt delux professional paint. The small area is fully dry and ready for painting.
