"I'm sorry to say it but I can give nothing but negative feedback regarding Mark. We asked Mark to paint our stairs and he offered a great day rate so we keen to get him started but the only problem was he never turned up! We called Mark and he said he was unwell and would come later that week so once again we held out and once agian he never turned. he said he had sent an email but nothing was ever recieved so he promised he would come in the following Monday as we really desperate as our carpet was due to be fitted the end of that week and our despoit would be lost if we changed the date. Once again Monday came and went and no sign of Mark!! We called and texted but he was not responding to our calls. We obviously can't comment on his work but as for reliability and communication I would go to the point of saying the guy is ignorant. Very disappointing for us as with a new born baby we had to stay up most the night to get stairs painted ourselves in order to not lose our deposit."
