Job Emulsion hallway walls (upstairs & downstairs) and ceiling. White on ceiling and light colour on walls (cream or similar). Re-paint all wood (skirtings, door frames and doors).

Job My brother lives in sheltered housing but his bungalow needs redecoration. It is small and the job should be straight forward but there will probably need to be: 1. Cleaners to be organised to go in first 2. Some moving of personal effects between rooms whilst the job is done. I would ideally want to find someone who could organise and oversee the cleaning as well as doing the decorating. I will arrange for my brother to stay with my sister for the duration of the work. Ideally I would want carpets fitted at the same time - again, it would be good if someone is able to cordinate with a carpet supplier.

Comment I needed someone who I could trust as I could not be around when the job was done. Mal did everything that was asked of him and to a high standard. The job was not straight forward as the property was in a poor state and not completely cleared yet Mal completed on time and to budget. He was not the cheapest quote but his professional style, honesty and straight forward approach made him an easy choice. I would have no hesitation in using Mal's services again. Mark

Job walls are in very good condition, newish 4 bed house house. Will not need undercoat in kitchen and hall. Just after a 'freshen up". Dining room is too dark, want light colour walls/skirting boards. 1 entrance hall and skirting boards 1 average size dining room 11'6" by 10'7" Kitchen 13'11" by 12'9"
