Very happy with pro plastersing work. Painted all internal walls after stripping wallpaper. Very reliable, we were away on holiday for the duration of the job. Came back to a job very well done.

We have had a ground floor extension down and new plastered. We require 3 rooms to be decorated. Family/Kitchen area, Utility room and a breakfast room. We would like the rooms to have a mist coat and one coat of white emulsion followed by a colour of our choice.

Painting Of 2 Bedrooms, Stairwell, Lounge and Dining Room of small semi detached. Some minor bumps and dents in existing paint work. Need stairwell and bedrooms doing within next 4 weeks as we are having carpet fitted in mid april. Lounge & dining room less urgent
Reuben and Chris recently painted & wall papered 5 rooms in our house. They were always very friendly, professional and extremely reliable. The quote they gave was very clear, thorough and importantly competitive. They provided some excellent advice to us providing many colour samples to help us choose our colour scheme. All all times during the work they were very punctual and contacted us at the end of each day to let us know they had finished for the day and what stage they were at in terms of completition which was a nice touch. They seemed genuinely interested in doing the job to high standard rather than just being interested in the end pay cheque. Also they were very tidy in the way they work. As we were so pleased with their work we decided to ask them to undertake some additional painting and wallpapering that we had planned to do ourselves. We would throughly recommended Southside Renovations.

6 doors of which one has a half panel of frosted glass, one has multiple small panes of glass (lounge door) Double wardrobe doors to be painted (needs undercoat) Door frames also need to be painted as there are chips in the paintwork - please note, these are metal and currently painted white. Also have a loft hatch and one window ledge to be painted.
Excellent service - quick to get in contact, provided a quote the same day and started the following week. Completed the job to a high standard, within the timescale he agreed at the beginning of the job. Would highly recommend.

Corner terrace with one side consisting of painted rendering from above the ground floor windows. Other side partially tiled but with wooden section connecting the main ground and first floor windows. 6 windows in total and a front door. Areas require cleaning and possibly some small repairs prior to repainting. Not sure when the paintwork was last done but at a guess at least more than five years ago.

Our house is a Victorian detached house with rendering (plaster) on the walls. We require someone who is able to do exteriors, can provide scaffolding, replace or repair render (plaster) if necessary, and stain soffits/fascias.

The maste rbedroom is only a modest size and the water has run across the artex ceiling and down the paper/paint walls. The room is currently being dried and hopfully this will go well. The ceillng is solid concrete and the the walls are traditional construction there is only one small area of platerboard, boxing in a soil pipe, this will probably need to be replaced as part of the job. The job is an insurance claim and we are looking to make good the damage which probaly means stripping and reartexing teh ceilng and stripping and repapering the walls before painting.
