"The bottom line is that Steve and his team did a great job. His was actually the highest of the three quotes but his reviews were excellent, he could start immediately and was prepared to make an adjustment to his quote to make it more competitive. As an absent landlord trust is crucial - I need to trust a tradesman to do a good job and to have access to the property whilst tenants are at work. Steve's preparatory work was to a high standard, as was the finish. He is communicative, flexible and easy to deal with. I am sufficiently impressed that I have now asked him to decorate the outside of the house. I would use S&K again and have no hesitation recommending them to others."
