However downside was part of job not completed in the ensuite due to a dispute over what the job was suppose to cover. In future, I would get an email confirming the specific's of the job for the price you have agreed to pay for his services. Ramzy

Job Possible lining and painting of hallway, stairs and landing. If recommend walls need to be re-plastered rather than lined then it would be painting only including skirting, radiators etc. Stain and varnish 6 internal doors and painting of door frames
