I was offered flexibility re: materials, dates & extended SoW; & then supplied exactly what I asked for. Couldn't get much better than that!

1 BEDROOM (approx 12' x 10') strip existing wallpaper & coving. re-decorate room - paint ceiling, new coving, new wallpaper, supply/ install/ paint new skirting board, paint door surround woodwork, paint radiator. Room state - old skirting removed, old carpet removed to bare floorboards. bed frame and storage boxes - no other furniture. Curtain pole and window blind removed.
I am over 60 and am wary of allowing people into my home. The use of Rated People and the excellent work done by Richard put me at ease and has left me with a totally new room (after 12 years !)

Steve is very Professional, explains what he is going to do and why. He is friendly, and kind. HE CAN ALSO USE A VACUUM CLEANER. He is prompt. He removed all Wallpaper to my bedroom, applied lining paper and painted throughout. With regards value, I guess he was good value, but it's not a job carried out every day. I will certainly recommend him, and will be glad to have him back for other jobs if he is agreeable to this.

Bathroom has been completed and been let down by our painter, and the works needs doing. This job requires a serious painter who enjoys there job, and is really good at finisher, needs to be a top finish. So if your a painter who does it in your spare time, don't bother. There is a little bit of gloss on the doorframes, but the celing and walls need doing, and satin on other woodwork. Thanks I'm a plumber and in desperate need of a quality painter for my maintenance company I run.
Great bloke, good job and really pleased with the finish. Will be using Harry again in the future, glad to find a GOOD painter for once...

Hello I need the hall in my bungalow repainting - it's approx 15ft long. I would also be interested in a quote for repainting and tiling (one wall only) my bathroom. I I need these jobs doing in the next couple of weeks as I'm having new carpet put down (no date fixed for this yet), oh and I may need the bottom of my bathroom door shaving down so it doesn't get stuck on the new carpet! I am so pleased with the work that Colin did for me and his recommendations for the most cost effective way of doing the work were spot on. He also gave me tips for choosing colours and types of paint. I would highly recommend Colin and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Small flat requires a freshen up, white imulsion on kitchen, lounge, hall, bedroom and bathroom ceilings. Imulsion walls in lounge, hall, and bedroom. Gloss doors, door frames, skirts and window ledge. Paint 3 radiators.
Excellent, could ask for more, really good job and they moved furniture and cleaned up when finished. Really pleased and would use them again.
