The room is quite simple, one door, one window and then 2 alcoves on one wall. Surfaces are in good repair I would like the tradesman to supply all materials

Very pleased with the work completed. Professional and courteous and happy to work around our family routine. A late addition to the work was agreed and completed .The work was outstanding, very neat, absolute attention to detail. Everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. I would like a quote to repaint the windows in white and small bit of timber on front of property that is brown/woodstain not sure. Windows are wood and need repainting together with bits round roof (soffits?) Would like quote for front only (and possibly depending on cost front and back) Very keen on someone not making a big mess with paint blobs on patio/tarmac/down walls - ie must be tidy/cover areas that might get drips. Ideally reseal/fill if needs be whilst doing windows. Please call after 6pm unable to ansa phone at work.
This is the second time I've used rated people and the second time they have uncovered a true gem. Mark was very clean and tidy, no mess - did a really lovely job and the house now looks amazing. Excellent work! I rent the property out and was not there while Richard did the work, but the tenants were very impressed. Richard even spotted a stained area on the kitchen ceiling which he sorted for a minimal extra cost.

I have a 1850 sqft property ,5 beds 3 recs kitchen, cloak bathroom ,2 ensuites plus hallways and landings.All to be painted.
I will say the 3 trades people i asked to quote were excellent but Bill really ticked all the boxes.Workmanship excellent,realibility excellent and very trusting.From the price to the performance overall excellent.Ill recommend to my friends and if any other work is needed he will be the 1st trades ill call.

Initially a decent sized utility room. Wood chip removed, walls made good and painted along with woodwork. The ceilings need artex removing. There will be plastering needed. Tiles around window replaced. The condition is good and have had no problems when the same work was carried out upstairs. Further quotes needed on hall stairs and landing, lounge, dining room and possibly the 4th bedroom.

I would like my 3 bedroom semi detached house painted externally. Painting would require the front, one-side and half the rear of the house painted. I have an extension at the back that I don't want painted hence half the back wall to be painted. There is also a hangover the front door that I would also like painted, it is not big and about the same width as the front door. The house hasn't been painted in some time and there are cracks in the paint. I would like the house to be painted a light cream with a light brown to highlight some areas. If possible could I have a quote for the cost without me supplying the paint and a quote with me supplying the paint.
