I found Mark's standard of work incredibly high and he went the extra mile to ensure the finished result was perfect. Would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him to anyone needing a decorator.

Hi, I have 2-3 days work applying base and second coats (and third if required) to internal walls (and a few ceilings). There is also some timber skirting, bannisters and a few small doorways. Some of this timber has had an undercoat and require a second coat, the rest will require undercoating. Most of it is onto fresh plaster so little prep required. I have all the paint, just need someone (or preferably two!) come in with the labour and tools! We are a bathroom showroom so access is available 24/7 and we've been let down mid refurbishment by a decorator so need someone to complete asap. Tony and his colleague Alan were fantastic from start to finish. Tony was prompt in coming to see the work, gave me by far the most reasonable quote and was efficient and diligent when working. If you don’t like reading reviews, just read the next line; If Gordon gives you a quote for a job, give him the job, you wont be sorry. Gordon decorated our dining room, he made good the walls and ceiling and carried out other various remedial works. He then painted the ceiling, 3 walls, woodwork and papered the chimney breast. All his work was carried out to the highest standard. He then laid approximately 30 square metres of solid wood flooring, Gordon paid attention to every detail including sourcing and staining matching beading for the edges for us, skilfully finishing edges around stairs and doorways and crafting room dividers from the spare floor planks. Gordon was extremely helpful in his advice about what was necessary (and what was not) his quote was in writing and laid out exactly what would be done at each stage of the task and what it would cost. We found this reassuring and gave us the confidence that any work would be carried out properly. Gordon was also very flexible accommodating significant changes to the brief. I would not hesitate to recommend Gordon to anybody, he offers an excellent service, is a perfectionist, punctual and a very tidy worker.
