"The quote given was very competitive, and the company representative had a pleasant manner. A written quotation and package of terms and conditions was received within a few days. Deposit cheque for £360 was cashed on 16th October (today is 9th November). The company representative texted to inform me of a break in to their yard, which would delay the job, but assured me that he would be with me as soon as he could. So far, I have had one day's labour on 28th October, with a text on 29th saying he did not have his long ladders and hoped to be with me to finish the job as soon as they arrived. Since then (1.5 weeks), no communication despite leaving texts, voicemails and contact through ratedpeople website. I will start proceedings to reclaim the deposit if I do not hear from the company by the end of the week. Keith CH44's write-up of this company is also poor, but I missed it as the rating summary was 5 stars!!"
