He was incredibly competitive on price and found ways to deliver a great job on a tight budget. I don't know Ian and we have never met, I have had to put total trust in him to collect keys and complete the work as I do not live in the area. He has gone out of his way not only to complete the decorating but also to assist in some other small jobs in the property and has supported me with contact to do other work such as cleaning etc. He has been totally trustworthy, reliable, honest and has really gone out of his way to help me out even sending me detailed photos of the finished work.
